                 Terms and Conditions

Dispatch - I will endeavour to dispatch your bear within 3 working days from the receipt of your order. If for any reason I find I cannot dispatch within this time period I will notify you and at your request cancel the order and refund your money in full.

Acceptance - Once a bear has been signed for at the delivery address it is no longer my responsibility.  I cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by any third party.  To obtain a refund for a bear that arrives in a damaged condition you must return it to me using a Recorded Delivery service within 3 days of its receipt by you. I will reimburse the extra postage costs you incur.  If you do not inform me  within 3 days I will have no liability for items claimed to be damaged on delivery.   (This does not affect your statutory rights).

Returns - If after purchasing a bear  you decide it is not what you require or expected then you can return it to me within 7 Days of its delivery for a full refund as long as it is returned in its original condition.  Returned items should be sent via recorded delivery. This postage cost will not be reimbursed unless you are returning a bear that is damaged. I will only refund your money once I am in receipt of the bear.

Replacement -  My bears are handmade and / or unique so it may not be possible to replace a damaged bear with an exact copy.

Contract -  A contract of sale between you and Albion Bears for any items offered  on the site will only commence after  you receive our confirmation email accepting your purchase. 
Law - These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
