Definitions -  In these terms and conditions  "I",  "We",  "My" or "Our" means  Albion Bears a trading name of Albion Connections Limited.  "Bear" means any of the collectables offered for sale on this website, "Customer" or "you" means the person who places an order using the website to purchase any of the bears and "the Website" means either www.albionbears.com or www.albionbears.co.uk

Acceptance of an order - By placing an order using my website  you are agreeing to my terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can change from time to time so I recommend that customers visit this section of the website before making any new purchases.

Images - I take every effort to display my bears as accurately as possible and provide as much information as I can however,  I cannot guarantee that the colours of my bears  will be exactly as shown on the site as this can vary due to your computer monitor and / or the browser software you are using. 

Pricing - All my prices can be displayed in a number of currencies using latest exchange rates supplied by the European Central Bank.  If you pay using a currency other than £ sterling I make a nominal extra charge to cover my costs of converting your payment to £ Sterling. For UK customers my prices include VAT and free delivery to a UK Postal address using First Class Royal Mail. or Parcel Force.  Delivery outside the UK will incur additional costs. You should read my delivery details section for information on charges for international shipping.

Mistakes  - If I  discover that a bear has been priced incorrectly on my web site I reserve the right not to supply the bear at the displayed price. The correct price will be offered instead.
