Privacy - Albion
Bears are
committed to protecting your privacy and will only use information
that you provide to me in accordance with the Data Protection Act. I
only collect information from you for two reasons, firstly when I need to
process an order from you and secondly where it would mean you would
receive a better service from me.
 Third
Parties - I will not pass your
information to any third parties or send promotional material from
Albion Bears without your prior permission. If you do consent to
receiving such information from me, you have the option of refusing
further information at any later time.
Your
details- My online shopping
system only asks for the information that is required to process your
order. Any personal information which I take will be held securely in
accordance with my internal security policy and the Data Protection Act
.
 Cookies
- My site may create
'cookies' on your computer but only as a means of storing what items
you have put in your shopping basket as you browse the site. This
information is not linked to you as an individual. It is simply used
so that you can view the contents of your basket without having to manually enter the details of your
purchase. A cookie is also created if you elect to leave a message
when playing in our competition. In this instance the cookie is
used to identify you when you return to the competition on a
later date.
Credit
Cards - If you decide to
purchase an item from me using a credit or debit card I never record any
of your card details on my systems.
