                        Returns Policy

Returning a bear - If you want to return your bear  I offer a  7 Day Money Back Guarantee . I will fully refund your money as long as on receiving the bear I find that it's in its original condition and has been
posted back to me within 7 days of its receipt by you.  For my records please include a  covering note that explains why you are returning the bear. Alternatively prior to returning the bear contact me by email at sue@albionbears.com

Damaged in transit - If your bear arrives in a damaged condition then I will refund the full cost of the bear so long as it is returned to me within 3 days of its receipt by you. If this is not possible for whatever reason please contact me at sue@albionbears.com. All bears must be returned using a Recorded Delivery service.

You should be advised that the unique nature of my bears may mean that I cannot replace your damaged bear with an exact copy.
