Auction Terms and Conditions

Delivery - Postage costs to a UK postal address are detailed on the description page for each bear.  Non UK bidder should contact me at sue@albionbears.com and I will forward you the shipping costs based on your location and the weight of the bear.  Your bear will shipped to you within 3 days of your cleared funds reaching my account. I cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by a third party.

Bidding - I will email the winning bidder within 24 hours of the auction close or receipt of an order using the "Buy it Now" feature.  I take Non Paying Bidder offences very seriously. I remind you that you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase. Should your bid be successful and you fail to pay I WILL leave you negative feedback and I WILL report you to eBay.  IF YOU DON'T INTEND TO PAY PLEASE DON'T BID.

Pictures - I take every effort to display my bears as accurately as possible and provide as much information as I can however,  I cannot guarantee that the colours of our bears  will be exactly as shown  as this can vary due to the computer monitor and / or browser software you are using. 

Payment - I accept personal cheques, bankers draft, postal orders, bank transfers and credit / debit card payments via  which is my preferred method of payment. I do not make additional charges for payment via PayPal.

Suitability - My bears are made using many traditional materials and techniques. This makes them unsuitable for children under the age of 14.
