Delivery within the UK - Delivery to any UK postal address is free. All bears are sent using Recorded Delivery or Parcel Force. I aim to dispatch your bear within 3 working days of your order. If for any reason I cannot dispatch within this time I will contact you and at your request refund your money in full. I cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by a third party.

International Delivery - I welcome all international buyers of my bears but unfortunately have to charge for the additional shipping costs that are incurred. The amount charged will depend on the weight of the bear, its final destination and the selected method of transport.  For most destinations the delivery charge will automatically be calculated when you complete my order form. For those destinations  where I do not know the delivery cost I will contact you as soon as possible I use a recorded delivery service when shipping internationally that also includes insurance up to £250.

Important you may be charged an import tax on the bears I supply you. This is entirely beyond my control and is not refundable by me. Please check for any import restrictions or additional costs your country may charge before purchasing a bear from me.
